Do you provide my details to third parties?
Definitely not! We do not provide your details
to anyone else and we do not hold any personal
information other than what is shown in each
listing.
How can you offer free listings?
The advertising you see on our website provides
sufficient revenue to cover our costs, featured
listings further add to our revenue.
What are the hidden catches? Nothing in
life is free!
There are no catches! We charge no listing
fees, no finders fees, no commissions, no
nothing! We offer a free service because we
want to be the biggest and the best, and we
see offering free listings as the best way
to achieve our goals.
How long will my ad last on the site?
Your listing will remain for a period of
twelve months before it may be removed. You
should notify us as soon as possible after
a sale though, it will save you receiving
unwanted calls and emails from perspective
buyers and will help us keep the site fresh.
If your plate doesn't sell within twelve months
you can always re-list it again, but it might
be time to lower your asking price!
Will you ever charge fees in the future?
I guess you can never say never, but it's
certainly not in our current plans. If it
ever does happen, you can be assured that
no existing number plates will be charged
in any way and we won't be removing any of
them before their twelve months is up.
What happens if the plates I buy are not
what I wanted or are unable to be attached
to my car?
Can't help you there sorry, our only advice
is to ensure you do all relevant checks before
purchasing, just like you would if purchasing
through the Trading Post or local paper etc.
